It Starts With Pellets

Every pound of plastic we process starts as a recycled pellet. Clean, filtered, and quality-tested, our pellets are sold to manufacturers who need certified recycled content in their supply chain. Pellet sales provide our revenue baseline and ensure that all processed material is monetized regardless of manufacturing pace.

Technology

Our processing line takes raw plastic waste through a complete transformation: shredding, granulation, washing, drying, extrusion with melt filtration and degassing, and pelletizing. Every processing variable is independently controlled, allowing us to handle everything from clean agricultural film to dirtier post-consumer and industrial plastics. The pellets we produce feed directly into our injection molding operation, where they become finished products. We own the entire value chain from waste intake to product shipment.
