Do you have clean plastic waste? That is what we can currently accept and will gladly take!
Agriculture
We collect plastic film, bags, bin liners, pallet wrap, and other agricultural plastics from orchards, packing houses, and farms across Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan, and Grant counties. Material should be baled for pickup. We handle transportation from your facility at no charge for committed feedstock partners. Our anchor agricultural partner is Stemilt Growers, one of the largest tree fruit companies in the Pacific Northwest, generating approximately 600,000 pounds per year of recoverable plastic.
Industrial
Scrap plastic, bottles, packaging waste, and manufacturing offcuts are all materials we can process. If your business generates plastic waste that currently goes to the landfill or to a hauler, we offer a lower-cost alternative with full waste diversion documentation. Bale your material and we will arrange collection.
We partner with county and municipal solid waste programs to process collected residential plastics. Douglas County currently provides PET and HDPE bottles from their residential collection program. We are actively expanding municipal partnerships across the region. As Washington State’s Extended Producer Responsibility program rolls out, municipalities will need local processing capacity. SUDS is building that capacity now.
Community Service
Partner Showcase
We currently work with two main organizations. Douglas County Solid Waste and Stemilt Growers. We are receiving primarily LDPE and PP film with some PET and HDPE in smaller quantities.

Stemilt Growers
Repack is commonplace now due to retailer demands. We can take the bags and all the bin liners you have.
Douglas County
Douglas County is gracious enough to provide us with all the plastic bottles they collect from residents. Specifically type 1 & 2.

The Opportunity is Massive!
North Central Washington currently lacks any dedicated plastics processing infrastructure.
Communities with large population centers generating plastic waste within 90 miles of SUDS facility include Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Cashmere, Ellensburg, Moses Lake, Yakima, Chelan, Quincy, and Ephrata. In total within that radius, and east of the Cascade Mountains, we are looking at ~180,000 households. Given that the typical household in the U.S. generated ~150 pounds of plastic waste per year we have a potential feedstock of ~27,000,000 pounds of plastic waste per year just from the post-consumer side.
These communities also represent a large agricultural and food processing economy that generates substantial volumes of plastic packaging, containers, film, and industrial plastics. The current projections for agricultural waste are ~3-5 million pounds conservatively with recoverable volumes increasing as regional participation and collection systems mature. These estimates are based on a feedstock partner, Stemilt Growers, that generates ~600,000 pounds annually.
Lifecycle
The pellets you see below are the goal. With us processing into pellets we can then manufacture our own in-house goods designed to break out of the single-use paradigm.
